- Business Development Graduate Position – Marketing & Tenders Assistant
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing/Communication/Language/Graphic Design/Office Administration Salary: R10,000.00 CTC per month [Non-negotiable]
Tender Responsibilities:
- Review client documents to assess client needs
- Assist in updating and automating the tender internal process
- Search for new tender opportunities across different geographies and industries
- Assist in preparing submissions for Expression of Interests, proposals, and presentations
- Update the tender checklist
- Assist with the follow-up of submitted proposals
- Schedule internal tender strategy meetings as required
Marketing Responsibilities:
- AdHoc tasks (e.g., organizing gift delivery and sourcing suppliers)
- Assist in designing presentations, posters, and social media infographics
- Assist in compiling the internal and external newsletter
- Schedule posts and report on Social Media performance
- Assist with client event planning
- Responsible for sourcing and ordering all promotional material and office branding

Overall Purpose:

- Maintain and update pricing database/customer database
- Consolidate information for preparation of end-of-month newsletters
- Prepare and propose sales quotations to management and follow up for approval
- Analyze trip costs financials
- Enhance the customer experience
- Identify and apply for tenders/business opportunities
- Handle petty cash when required
- Assist the finance and BD team as needed
Formal Training/Education/Experience:
- R10,000 basic salary per month (3-month probation period to be assessed based on performance)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Graduate to assist in our Finance Department with ad hoc tasks related to Accounts Payable, Receivable, Cash Management, and Finance Control. We are looking for self-motivated and tenacious individuals willing to commit to us for 3 months.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Degree (BCom Financial Accounting/ Accounting Sciences)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Technical proficiency in accounting principles
- Rigorous in summarizing information
