Key Performance Areas (KPA) for ASAP Resources:
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Achieve monthly SLA metrics for all Operations customers
- Provide day-to-day support for customer server environments
- Handle project-related duties for new deployments and development requirements
- Troubleshoot technical faults and deliver satisfactory fixes
- Regularly update customers on fault progress via telephone and email
- Update the ticketing system (Service Now / Autotask) with detailed notes
- Complete customer environment Change Requests, including impact and risk analysis
- Administer day-to-day tasks for managed service customers
- Contribute to customer-facing Technical Incident Reports
- Identify and analyze fault trends proactively
- Maintain and update customer technical documentation
- Collaborate with key suppliers and other departments for technical strategy
Requirements – Experience For ASAP Resources:
- Configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Microsoft Windows Server Operating System (2008, 2012, 2016)
- Experience with VMware ESXi 5.1 – 6.x, vSphere SRM, and vSphere Replication
- Administration of Microsoft Hyper-V 2012 – 2016
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration
- Experience with Backup and Replication Solutions (HP Data Protector, Veeam, Backup Exec)
- Configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Exchange 2007, 2010, and 2016
- Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager administration and configuration
- Administration of ESET Antivirus solutions
- Administration of Fortinet Appliances
- Administration and troubleshooting of storage systems (Dell SAN Storage, Synology, HP 3PAR, IBM DS, Storwize)
- Administration and troubleshooting of computer hardware (Dell, IBM, HP)
- Network switching and routing experience (Ubiquiti, Netgear, Dell, HP)
- Proficient understanding of PowerShell scripting

Delivery Responsibilities:
- Attend the Change Advisory Board for customer change requests
- Represent Operations at meetings and working parties when required
- Attend customer meetings to provide technical consultancy
- Help identify gaps in technical documentation, knowledge, and skills
- Create and maintain technical customer documentation
- Ensure customer transition pre-requisites are delivered by EPM and Project Management
- Undertake technical audits for key customers where issues have been identified
