It holds the distinction of being Mpumalanga’s largest local municipality, considering both population and land mass.”

LOCATION:

  • Mpumalanga

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must reside within the municipal area of the Bushbuckridge Local Municipality
  • Must come from a disadvantaged and indigent family
  • Must be currently in Matric OR have completed Matric
  • Must intend to study full-time within one of the aforementioned fields of study
  • Must be registered or have been accepted to study at an accredited higher education institution
  • Must demonstrate proven financial need.

Please your complete document should be attach with the application form

  • ID document/birth certificate (certified copy)
  • Matric certificate, if Matric has been completed (certified copy)
  • Matric June results, if currently in Matric (certified copy)
  • Proof of registration/acceptance at a higher education institution (on the institution’s letterhead)
  • Parents/guardians proof of income (latest payslips if employed/affidavit if unemployed/pension receipt if retired/death certificate if deceased/letter from a social worker if orphaned)
  • Proof of residence
  • Proof of indigent status (letter from a local social worker)
  • If disabled: proof of disability from a registered medical doctor/hospital/clinic

Applications should be delivered to: Thulamahashe Transversal Offices (previously Bohlabela) or the nearest Regional Office.
