Job Opportunity: Canada Dispensed Business Lead Contract (Coca Cola Careers)

Position: Dispensed Business System Leader for Canada
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Preferably Greater Toronto Area, Canada
Responsibilities:
Oversee the Dispensed Business for Canada across all channels, including Postmix Bag-in-Box (BIB), Frozen Carbonated Beverage (FCB), and Coca-Cola Freestyle (CCFS), in collaboration with Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (CCCBL) and the North America Operating Unit’s (NAOU) broader platform teams.
Serve as the Canadian system’s subject matter expert on dispensed beverages, engaging stakeholders to develop solutions.
Lead joint system project teams to devise a comprehensive dispensed strategy, encompassing optimized BIB and CCFS commercial and operating models.
Take accountability for the performance of the entire dispensed business, focusing on BIB and CCFS.
Ensure Canadian End-to-End (E2E) leadership, including building sales capabilities, integrated planning, superior sales, and route-to-market supply chain operations for CCFS.
Lead a project team to develop a clear dispensed strategy, including Line of Sight (LOS) by sub-channel, merchandising standards, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and flavor innovation.
Provide guidance to the sales team on selling and executing the dispensed portfolio, defining clear roles and proposing optimized commercial and operating models.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Required Experience (5+ years):
Experience within the Coca-Cola system
Collaboration across cross-functional teams
Relationship building, influence, and stakeholder management
Project management
Results accountability
Customer or commercial management experience
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team leadership through fast-paced change and innovation
Preferred Experience (an asset):
Experience in Project Management Office and/or process mapping
Supply chain and logistics expertise
Drive dispensed business performance results
Become the System Dispensed Subject Matter Expert
Lead the Dispensed joint system Project team to develop dispensed strategy
Integrate dispensed strategy into the Annual Business Planning Process (ABP)
Collaborate with Franchise, CCCBL Sales, and NAOU marketing teams to align resources for the dispensed ABP
Work with NAOU teams to Canadianize all Sales & Capabilities tools
Identify capability gaps and develop customer selling strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Commercialize Innovation
Develop routines with finance team to drive dispensed business results
Lead NAOU stakeholder engagement for Canada’s CCFS customers and CCCBL teams
Proactively develop and improve CCFS processes
Plan equipment needs with franchise and customer teams for the upcoming year
This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and contribute to the success of the dispensed business within the Coca-Cola system in Canada.
Technical Skills:
Project Management: Proficiency in effectively communicating project plans, timelines, progress, and resource requirements across various levels within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Resource Management for Business Realignment: Ability to redirect or reallocate resources (such as time, funds, and personnel) towards mutually beneficial business solutions.
