Position:Doctoral Studentship: Artificial Intelligence Technologies

The doctoral candidate must engage in innovative research within the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), showcasing both theoretical understanding and practical applications of AI techniques. This opportunity is located in Pretoria.

Qualification Requirements:

Possession of a Master’s degree in computer science/engineering, electronic engineering, or any related information technology field.
Proficiency in formulating research questions and hypotheses, conducting critical reviews, and synthesizing existing research to identify significant gaps for the development of research questions and testable hypotheses.
Effective communication skills for presenting research issues, findings, and implications verbally and in writing to diverse professional and public audiences.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals demonstrating ownership, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work both collaboratively within a team under pressure and independently.
Solid knowledge of digital ledger technologies.
A strong peer-reviewed publication record would be advantageous.
