Located in the Sekhukhune District Municipality of Limpopo, the municipality was formerly known as the Greater Groblersdal Local Municipality, with its seat in Groblersdal.”

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must reside within the Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality
- Must have a good academic record
- Must have completed Matric OR currently be in Matric
- Must have been provisionally accepted to study at a recognized South African tertiary institution (University/University of Technology/FET College/TVET College)
- Must not have received financial assistance from the Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality in the previous financial year
- Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged students.
