It’s essential to note that no student will be registered without first applying for financial assistance. Full-time students who qualify for financial aid must complete the financial assistance application before registration. Conversely, students not eligible for financial aid must pay a registration deposit of R850. Proof of parental income exceeding R350,000 annually is required for such students.
Additionally, students who have failed two or more subjects must also pay the R850 registration deposit and settle the balance before writing exams.
New students are required to bring specific documents for registration, including a certified copy of their Grade 12 Certificate and ID. Foreign students must provide their passport, valid study permit, and SAQA evaluated results.
Bursary (Financial Assistance) application is mandatory for students whose parents earn less than R350,000 per annum. Required documents for bursary application include a certified copy of the Grade 12 certificate, ID, proof of residence, death certificates of deceased parents (if applicable), an affidavit for unemployed parents/guardians, proof of income for employed parents/guardians, and certified copies of IDs/birth certificates of household members.
