iMas Finance: The Learnership Candidate will diligently engage in all learning activities and tasks provided to obtain the specified NQF qualification. Candidates will seize every opportunity, learn from each activity, and thereby acquire much-desired work experience.

Learnership Outputs: Throughout the learnership program, participants will be exposed to, but not limited to, the following:
- Obtain promise-to-pay commitments from members in arrears.
- Address routine correspondence related to collections or recovery matters.
- Handle queries from debt collectors and members.
- Resolve practical problems and interact effectively with members.
- Record member information and collection activities in the IT system.
- Report on portfolios.
- Administer vehicle repossession and demands.
- Coordinate with evaluators, tracers, sheriffs, and lien holders.
- Address legal collections queries and follow up on legal processes.
- Monitor progress on judgments.
- Assist in handing over legal cases to debt collectors and attorneys.
- Assist in managing portfolios for attorneys and debt collectors.
- Assist with processing payments to attorneys and debt collectors.
- Maintain internal and external relationships.
- 12-month learnership contract with a monthly allowance of R4,500.

- Grade 12 with standard Mathematics and/or Accounting.
- Not currently registered for any studies.
- Currently not employed.
- Opportunity is available to previously disadvantaged youth.
