In the Change environment, our focus is on assisting organizations in meeting their business objectives by overseeing the OD and Change landscape. This includes addressing the people side of change, encompassing changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Working with various stakeholders, we aim to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency regarding changes impacting employees, minimizing business disruption.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Matric
• Completed or final year Diploma/Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Social Sciences (preferred line of study)
• Interest in people and business synergy
• Passion for learning various methods and tools guiding the change landscape
• Desire to be a consultant engaging in diverse projects with various clients
• Ability to travel locally and cross borders
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model
