The Johannesburg Social Housing Company SOC Limited (JOSHCO Programme) is tasked with the mission to develop and manage affordable rental housing for the lower market, playing a vital role in addressing the housing backlog in the City of Johannesburg. JOSHCO holds the status of a registered Social Housing Institution and is accredited by the Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA).

We are currently offering internship opportunities for Security Administration (2 positions) and Maintenance Administration (2 positions). To be eligible, interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

Security Administration Intern (X2):

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
Recognized Higher Certificate or Diploma in Office Management/Administration (NQF Level 5 or higher)
Advantageous: Registration with Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (Grade D Minimum)
Computer Literacy (MS Office applications)
Consideration limited to City of Joburg residents (Proof of Residence required)

Maintenance Administration Intern (X2):

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
Recognized Higher Certificate or Diploma in Office Management/Administration/Management-related qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)
Computer Literacy (MS Office applications)
Consideration limited to City of Joburg residents (Proof of Residence required)
