How to Apply to KZN Health:

Obtain Z83 forms from Human Resources Offices at Health District Offices, Hospitals, Institutions, and Head Office.
Submit one application to the District Office in your residential area; applications from outside the district will not be considered.
Attach originally certified copies of educational qualifications, Identity Document, and an updated curriculum vitae.
Include a signed affidavit from the Commissioner of Oath as proof of unemployment, indicating no prior participation in the internship program.
If there is no response from the Department within 4 weeks after the closing date, consider the application unsuccessful.
Submit copies of tertiary certificates, as study records or letters from tertiary institutions will not be accepted.
