Qualifications:

Attention to detail with analytical skills
Ability to organize information effectively
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
Proficiency in computer software beyond the Microsoft Office suite
Basic understanding of electronics, including electronics wiring (RS232, I/O, etc.)
Experience with mobile communication products and cellular networks
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities:

Analyze MiX platform product(s) from a customer perspective
Evaluate new hardware and firmware for product(s)
Identify and present evidence of shortcomings or undesired behavior
Determine optimal settings for hardware products
Assist in field-testing new hardware solutions
Become a technical expert on the product(s) and support issue resolution
Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions addressing real-world problems for global fleet leaders
