Position: 2023 GLOBAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (GMT)

Our Global Management Trainee (GMT) Program is tailored to fast-track the careers of the brightest and most ambitious graduates, providing them with meaningful experiences right from the outset.

Qualifications to SAB Global

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (preference for STEM discipline) and/or pursuing Post Grad (PGDip) in Business Administration; a Masters (or equivalent) degree is advantageous.
Maximum of 3 years total full-time formal working experience by the Program start date (Internship, VAC work, short-duration contracts, and co-op experiences are excluded).
Minimum GPA (Gross Point Average) of 65% and above at the university.
Completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution within the specified timeframe by Program start.
Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country for which the application is submitted.
Completed National Youth Service (applicable to Nigerian citizens).
Geographical mobility, with a willingness to relocate during the 12-month training program and throughout your career (a valid passport is required).
Proficient in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
