The learnership program spans 12 months and confers a comprehensive Short-Term Insurance Qualification NQF 4 upon successful completion. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to process and manage claims within delegated authority. This involves validating claims, assessing liability, negotiating settlements, and prioritizing excellent customer service and cost containment. The handling of claims must adhere to the established framework to ensure compliance with short-term insurance regulations.
Minimum requirements
- Matric certificate.
