Unilever Kenya offers talented students the chance to participate in an 8-week summer internship program. The internship is available in various areas, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Technology Management, and Supply Chain. This is a paid internship that provides invaluable work experience across Unilever’s diverse portfolio of brands. Interns may be placed at any of Unilever’s business units or locations within the country.

During the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your potential through exciting and challenging assignments at Unilever. From day one, you’ll be entrusted with real tasks, with clear objectives and a structured plan to enhance your skills throughout the internship.

Over the two-month period, you’ll be paired with a business leader who will serve as your personal mentor, receive strong support from your line manager, and become part of the peer community of graduates in the Unilever Future Leaders Program.

The program runs from August 2023 to September 2023. Recognizing the varying schedules of universities, Unilever offers flexibility, providing both full-time and part-time internship opportunities during this period.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Unilever Leadership Internship Program 2023, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be in their penultimate (second to last) year of study at an institution of higher learning.
Hold Kenyan Permanent Resident/Citizenship status.
Have a background in the area of the internship applied for.
