United Nations Immersion Programme 2024

United Nations Immersion Programme 2024 -Funded to Geneva

We are excited to announce that UNITAR is organizing two captivating 5-day field visits to the picturesque city of Geneva, Switzerland, this summer. These visits offer a unique chance for participants to immerse themselves in the host city, home to the primary United Nations offices, and gain invaluable firsthand experience of the UN. We are inviting applications from individuals worldwide to join us for the 2023 editions of the United Nations Immersion Programme.

Acknowledging the ongoing global pandemic and any associated travel restrictions, we understand that some registered participants may face challenges in traveling to Switzerland this summer. To ensure that everyone can still benefit from this exceptional experience, we are pleased to offer an alternative option. In case COVID-19-related travel restrictions prevent participants from attending the field visit in Geneva, they will have the opportunity to participate in the United Nations Online Immersion Programme at no cost. This virtual program will enable participants to engage with the United Nations and delve into its work from the comfort of their own homes.
