To qualify for immigration on US Diversity Visa Lottery:
- DV candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for entering the United States.
- The DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application, must be completed electronically. Subsequently, a consular officer will conduct an in-person interview to assess your eligibility to immigrate under US law, which may include inquiries about criminal and security matters.
