The program provides graduates with a comprehensive experience of the Volkswagen business, encompassing mentorship, coaching, on-the-job training, all while receiving a competitive salary and enjoying a comprehensive range of benefits, including a company car. Applicants are expected to demonstrate a broad range of interests and show an understanding of the future of the Auto Industry, particularly in areas such as Electric Vehicles. Additionally, applicants should have an overall academic aggregate of at least 65% in their academic results.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Graduate Training Program, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- For applicants in the ‘Engineering category’, a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- For applicants in the ‘General category’, a national diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, Data Science/Computer Science, Public Management & Administration, Finance, or Logistics is required.
- Applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in the Automobile industry.
- Applicants must have completed at least their undergraduate degree or its equivalent by the end of 2023.
