We are actively seeking ambitious individuals eager to embark on their professional journey, particularly in the field of customer service.
This internship spans a 12-month period. Upon successful completion and demonstrating your capabilities, there is potential for an invitation to join Webafrica as a permanent team member.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 and/or relevant qualification, with a minimum B Aggregate in English HG and Mathematics HG.
- A Fiber connection is a must.
- Basic computer skills.
Work Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks within our Provisioning department.
- Support the team in ensuring customers receive the connectivity services they’ve purchased from Webafrica.
- Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided to facilitate your journey.
- Alongside service administration, the internship offers the chance to acquire technical skills.
Stipend: R6,000
Fiber Connection: If you are a Webafrica customer at the time of application, we will cover the cost of your connectivity.
