WWF Climate Internship

CAAP represents a collaboration between WWF South Africa, the Institute for Economic Justice, and the South African Climate Action Network, co-funded by the European Union.

The project aims to appoint three (3) interns for a year-long graduate internship placement, spanning from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. Each intern will be stationed within one of the partner organizations.

Requirements:

  • Internships 1 and 2: Graduate qualification with Honours in a relevant field. A postgraduate qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Politics, Development Studies, African Studies, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Internship 3: Postgraduate qualification, preferably in Economics or a related field. Demonstrated commitment to a better and sustainable world. Devotion to career development in the environment and climate action context. A track record of outstanding academic and professional accomplishments. Exceptional leadership potential.
