The Department of Community Safety, Security, and Liaison is welcoming applications for the position of Traffic Officer in Law Enforcement.

Priority will be accorded to individuals from previously disadvantaged communities who meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Code B driving license
• South African citizenship
• Absence of a criminal record
• Applicants aged between 18 and 35 years
• Good physical condition

To apply to the Department of Community Safety,

Security, and Liaison (DCSSL), successful candidates will be required to enter into a 12-month contract with the Department.

Upon completion, learners will be awarded a Diploma in Basic Traffic Officers at NQF 4 level.
