Job Description for Peermont Global:

Responsible for preparing garnishes, producing meals, chopping, and maintaining cleanliness while storing and preparing all food products under supervision of Peermont GLobal.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Matric

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in the Food Industry
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• General knowledge of food products

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the preparation of ingredients before the start of service
• Adhere to proper cooking methods
• Maintain an efficient, clean, and hygienic workplace
• Wash and clean all equipment used after each use
• Keep refrigerators in the department clean and tidy
• Prepare menu items to the highest standard
• Assist in preparing staff meals and ensure the canteen remains well-stocked with food
