Successful applicants will undergo a screening process and participate in a structured learning program encompassing theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning over a minimum period of 12 months.

Upon completion of this learnership, participants will possess a solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles. The program fosters practical competence in sales and negotiation skills, promotion techniques, optimization of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, collaboration within a sales and marketing team, and considerations related to compliance and legislation.

Requirements:

Valid code 8 or 10 Manual Driver’s License
Active Bank account & SARS number
No prior experience required
A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing
