Qualifications:
Minimum Requirement:
- National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognized qualification)
Experience:
Branch Operations:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in branch banking
- Familiarity with the bank’s policies and procedures related to teller/frontline support, foreign exchange, bulk cash, and ATMs
- Knowledge of legal aspects concerning cheques and cash handling
- Understanding of the functions of other departments within the branch
