VKB Programme Milling (Pty) Ltd runs white maize mills in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt in Limpopo, and Mashishing in Mpumalanga, along with a wheat mill and bakery in Frankfort in the Free State.
Within our learnership initiative, VKB Agriculture provides an opportunity for individuals to participate in a Grain Handling NQF3 learnership program. This program aims to empower unemployed individuals by allowing them to learn and grow within the agricultural sector, specifically in the area of Grain Handling.
Participants acquire relevant skills during a designated learning period, and these skills are further honed through continuous application and refinement.

• Applicants must be unemployed.

• Qualification must be at least at the Grade 12 level or higher.

• Proficiency in English is required (Proficiency in Afrikaans is advantageous).

• Competence in basic Mathematics is necessary.

• Familiarity with MS Office is an advantage for computer literacy.

• A commitment to consistently add value to the business is expected.
