VKB Programme Milling (Pty) Ltd runs white maize mills in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt in Limpopo, and Mashishing in Mpumalanga, along with a wheat mill and bakery in Frankfort in the Free State.
- Within our learnership initiative, VKB Agriculture provides an opportunity for individuals to participate in a Grain Handling NQF3 learnership program. This program aims to empower unemployed individuals by allowing them to learn and grow within the agricultural sector, specifically in the area of Grain Handling.
- Participants acquire relevant skills during a designated learning period, and these skills are further honed through continuous application and refinement.
• Applicants must be unemployed.
• Qualification must be at least at the Grade 12 level or higher.
• Proficiency in English is required (Proficiency in Afrikaans is advantageous).
• Competence in basic Mathematics is necessary.
• Familiarity with MS Office is an advantage for computer literacy.
• A commitment to consistently add value to the business is expected.
